The 1 bed 1.5 bath carriage house is a converted garage behind a historic home in downtown Morganton. The 1920s structure has many restored original finishes such as a claw foot tub, original sink, and farm house sink in the kitchen.
Downstairs original wood bead board ceilings. Upstairs the ceiling was removed to expose the roof and beams. Two fireplaces keep it cozy - even if it's raining on your trip you'll have a lovely place relax and listen to the rain on the metal roof. Privacy fencing around patio.

"This beautifully restored carriage house had us wishing we booked longer than a weekend. Organized, squeaky clean and delightfully trendy and inviting. Lovely pattens and color pops all throughout with neat art and fun pottery furnishings in the kitchen. Coffee beans and creamers plus complimentary snacks were a life saver! The towel warmer with the free-standing tub was a nice ending to a full day of hiking. Walkable to eatery, deserts and brewery/ bar/ wine nightlife. The fireplaces upstairs and downstairs made for cozy evenings to relax. Thankful for such a well-kept space to enjoy! The whole place is such a fun vibe with charming touches." - Past Guest
